Want to Bring In Your Bike?

Describe the problem, ask about our services and check availability before visiting the shop.

A staff member takes notes at the counter while a customer points to a bike tire.

What to Include in Your First Message

A brief description is enough to start: tell us the type of bike, how often you ride and what happens when you do. If the noise or fault comes and goes, tell us when it started and under what circumstances it occurs. The team can advise you on next steps by message or phone, but only confirms a diagnosis, quote and timeframe after examining the bike in person. If you are asking about an accessory, include its size or model if you know it.

Three Details That Help With an Assessment

Type of Bike

Tell us whether it is a city bike, a recreational bike or another type of conventional bicycle. The model helps the team understand what you need and check whether the shop can help.

Problem Noticed

You do not need technical terms. A noise when braking, a gear that will not shift or a tire that goes flat gives the team a starting point for the assessment.

Times That Work

Tell us when you can bring in your bike. The team will confirm availability and let you know if a full inspection needs more time set aside.

Write to the Shop

Enter your name, email, phone number and message to request a reply about service or availability.

Use the form to describe your bike and why you are getting in touch. Provide a phone number or email for our reply, and do not include sensitive information in your message. After you submit it, a page confirms receipt; the team replies during business hours. The form does not book a visit or automatically confirm a quote or parts availability. We will discuss those details with you after reading your request.

Questions Before Your Visit

Do I Need to Book?

We recommend getting in touch first so we can set aside time for an assessment, especially for full inspections. The team will tell you which times are available, but can only confirm how long the work will take after examining your bike.

Can I Get a Quote by Message?

Your message helps explain the problem but may not reveal all the wear. We provide a quote after an in-person inspection, when the team also confirms the parts needed and the timeframe.

Can I Bring an Accessory?

Ask the team before visiting and provide the brand, model and any measurements you have. Installation depends on whether the accessory fits your bike and on an assessment at the shop.
